Jungel Pizza is a pizzeria based on the tradition from New York. Italians came here in the early 1900s and opened shops with Italian quality in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. Thats why they made their own pizzas to be folded and eaten on the street - a little more airy and a little more chewy.Thats why we make long-term and cold-raised doughs with Aleksander Johansens own flour mixture - especially made for take away.We make absolutely everything from scratch - both the bottom and the top. Cuts our salami ourselves, imports organic tomatoes from a nice Italian farmer, pickles the onions ourselves - yes, in short everything. This includes our vegan cheeses, sour cream and pizza dressing made from a secret fermented cashew recipe – to satisfy even those suffering from severe mozzarella withdrawal.This is a pizzeria for most people - and the elite - even the tiny ones.
